CenturyLink is said to be the third largest telecommunications company in the United States and is recognized as network services market leader. It provides internet, voice and TV services to residential customers, small and big businesses through its data centers and fiber optic network and also offers entertainment as DirectTV and CenturyLink Prism brands.
Different bill payment options are available to Centurylink customers, including pay in person, by mail, by phone, online or by automatic payment method.
Pay online: make one-time payments using your credit/debit card, checking or savings account by:
- Visit www.centurylink.com
- If you are a residential customer, click on “Residential”
- Click on “Quick bill pay” to pay your bill without logging in.
- Enter your account number and “continue”; enter your payment information and submit it.
You can also create an account at www.centurylink.com and log in to pay and save your payment details. Click on “My account” and then on “enroll now” and enter your details. Once you are logged in, select a mode of payment and enter your payment information or use details that already exist.
Autopay: have your bill deducted from your debit/credit card, money market, checking or savings account automatically on the due date of every month. To enroll online, sign in to your account, select the auto pay enrollment option, fill in the enrollment form and submit it. You can also download the form at http://www.centurylink.com/home/account/autopaybill/#MAM, fill it and fax it to Centurylink. A confirmation email will be sent to you and the deductions will start 1-2 billing cycles after that.
Pay by phone: Pay your bill using your credit/debit card, savings or checking account by use of an automated phone system or by talking to a person. The telephone number to call varies with the zip code so find the right number from the contact us page on www.centurylink.com by providing your zip code. Have your payment and Centurylink account number ready when you call.
Pay by mail: Write your account number on your check or money order and send it to the local address listed on your statement or visit http://www.centurylink.com/help/?assetid=31 and provide your zip code to find the mailing address.
Pay in person: pay with cash, check or money order at a Centurylink store near you. You may need to carry your bill. To locate a store close to you, use the store locator (http://storelocator.centurylinkapps.com/).
Contact the customer service team by email, chat or phone call. Simply click on the appropriate icon at the top of the contact us page. The contacts vary depending on your zip code so visit the contact us Web page (http://www.centurylink.com/help/contact/#ZAM) and find the right contact or use the contacts on your statement/bill.
- If you are constantly on the move, you can pay in person at any of their CenturyLink stores.
- With the automated phone payment system, you can create a wallet and save your account details so that you don’t have to provide them whenever you use the service.
- Allow enough time for mail payments to be delivered else your service may be disconnected.
